You did not mention if he were drunk and I will assume he and he friends were since he is 23 the point is he should know better and it is not a innocent as you would have us believe he needs to be a big boy and stand up and say he was wrong and take what is coming which I assume again will be not real big if this is a first offense but if he has done this before it might be more than he might think
