What would you have done about this?

We went to Build A Bear Workshop, a kid around 3 years of age was hiding in the bins and another kid around 2 walked up to the bin, and the kid in the bin jumped up and out of the bin and onto the other kid and started attacking them. The kid in the bins parents were laughing then walked away. The other kids parents were freaking out. What would you have done about this?
