How would you liberate Earth from Skynet? (Assuming Judgment day happened like in the film?)?

Like if you could use anything how would you do it? Would you use the Imperial task force from Empire Strikes Back that attacked Hoth? Or would you use an imperial Guard army out of Games Workshop, or would you have a Dominion Strike force like from DS9? Or would you have a combo? I reckon you'd need 6 million men to do it, excluding tank and gun crews and Titan pilots etc.
