Yes or no? I'm confused?

So there is this girl I like, but she doesn't know I'm bisexual. She has a boyfriend but she doesn't really talk about him. Yesterday in class we sat at the same table and raised our hands for help on a problem. My hand accidentally touched hers and I said I was sorry, she replied "why are you sorry" and then started playing with my fingers while they were in the middle of the air. Also she loves to draw on my arms and always comments on how soft my hands are. Monday I was zoning out in that same class only to realize I had been playing footsies with her instead of the chair while my teacher was talking, when I awoke out of stupor I pulled my foot back with an apologetic look on my face, she just laughed. It wasn't like she was uncomfortable at all. Thinking back on it she had let my foot play with hers the whole time without doing something about it. What does this mean? We aren't that good of friends, I mean I've only been friends with her since September.
