No contact with girlfriend for 1.5 months(been together 1.5 years)? She may have broken up with me?

She takes me for granted so I said, I'll talk to you another time and took a break. She texted me for a couple days after(nothing apologetic, I didn't reply) then she stopped. 2.5 weeks went by with no contact. Then I texted her before the concert(we planned on going be4) and said I needed time alone but i do love/miss you. No response. I called her(day of the concert), her voicemail was full so I had to text her sorry & I love you more than anything.No response. She's been ignoring me since I texted her about the concert. I stopped contacting her after the concert(the last thing i said was, hope to hear from you soon). She may be trying to act strong/hard to get. My bday was 2 weeks ago(she said nothing to me). We've broke up/made up many times before. She recently made a facebook and friended one of my friends and talking to them(to get my attention probably).. Just wait it out?
