Husband hits while asleep? He has been doing this but now not be apologetic?

He said the doc blames these night thrashes on his blood pressure meds? That sounds strange to me. He either knees me or last night he rammed his bottom backwards into my rear ( we were back to back) enough that I am still hurting across my hips. I cried out when it happened and he denied doing anything. He had been twitching for a hour before then we finally fell asleep. He blamed it on being cold, that is a new one. He normally says he doesn't know he is doing it but upset if I try to sleep elsewhere when he is having a time of stress that I believe causes this. Just upsets me he is unapologetic with adding this morning "Oh Well". Feeling very hurt. Any serious advise please.
