Any advice about my situation?

As an older woman I'd say she was just flirting but probably not interested, and maybe finds it hard to say no to your face for fear of offending you, so she says yes to you but seems to be making excuses for actually going out with you or taking it further! I know if I was interested in someone I'd make sure I moved things on quickly cos when you fancy someone you just want to get to know them and spend time with them, so I'd just play it cool but friendly and see whether she approaches you again for a date or more flirting before you make any moves. She could be playing games or trying to act cool but there's no way of knowing - just see what happens but don't be to keen or chase after her as she obviously doesn't want you to. Good luck anyway.
