I dont know what dance grade I am...?

If you are not attending a dance class where you are working towards exams, then you are probably not on a grade at all, and will most likely be doing free work which is at a standard set by the teacher. To be on a particular grade, you would have to be studying a series of graded exams, or at least studying a syllabus of formal dance training. You should also bear in mind that what would be Grade 4 standard in the RAD syllabus, might be slightly more or less advanced compared with the Grade 4 from another exam board or training system. So in short, don't worry yourself about what grade you are on, just concentrate on your studies and work hard to become the best dancer you can be.
