Stopped talking to my girlfriend(been together 1.5 years)? She may have broken up with me?

She's been taking me for granted lately. I said, I'll talk to you another time and took a break. She texted me for a couple days after(nothing apologetic or anything, I didn't reply) then she just stopped. 2.5 weeks went by with no contact. Then I texted her before the concert(we planned to see be4) and said I needed time alone but i do love/miss you and if she's still going to the concert this weekend. No response. I called her(the day of the concert), her voicemail was full so I had to text her sorry and I love you more than anything. NO RESPONSE ALL DAY. She's been ignoring me for almost 2 weeks after I texted her about the concert. She may be trying to act strong/hard to get. My bday is tomorrow, you think she'll talk to me then? what if she doesn't?
