Good Art/Painting class or workshop in METRO MANILA, PHILIPPINES?

I was looking for a class/workshop online but all I could find were either classes posted 5-10 years ago OR are open only for SUMMER workshops. I'm looking for a good post-summer painting workshop (ones which are NOT limited to just summertime) open to young adults. Thanks! :)
