Games to play with my teddy bear?

Hi! I'm a 13 year old girl. I have a teddy bear and his name is Teddy. I made him. He is NOT a build a bear workshop bear. He is a teddy and co bear. The only clothes he has are on him. So we can't play dress up. I'm at my grandma's and grandpa's house. I'm not aloud outside right now for a reason that I'm not about to explain. I want to play some games or do stuff. I'm tired of the same old tea party. He is the only bear I have with me and he is my favorite. Any ideas of things we can do together?
