Could the ex-wife have all back child-support taken off w./ an attorney?

You definitely want to get with the attorney before you make any final decree or decision. I know exactly what you are going throgh and props on sticking by your fiance. That would be great if she could waive the back child support. You obviously care alot about what is going on and deserve to have that bcs taken off because of the hardship she has cost and cost. Sometimes women think that they can just get their way an I am glad there is someone else out there that protects their man. The truth is alot of men don't like dealing with the specifics and divorce decrees are very specific. Alot of men just agree and trust their attornies will do what is best and that is not always the case.
